From walking in the door and being greeted, we were then given over to Victor Palumbo, who we had met over the phone prior. With that, of course, we had a thought of what we wanted being BMW owners for close to 10 years, Victor started showing us available x3's. No pressure.. had all the answers to our questions, and we were honest to say we had to think about it, and were to visit another dealer that morning. within 45 minutes we called Victor back to secure our choice. From start to picking up the car on Monday, all our needs were met. Further, Howard Wu, the warranty and finance person, was personable and very knowledgeable of all the warranties that BMW has to offer. Great team, and love my new preowned x3! More

My buying experience at BMW of Bridgewater exceeded expectations in every way. I came in expecting to have to order a car and wait for 4-6 weeks, but Manjula was able to locate the exact vehicle that expectations in every way. She removed the stress from the whole process with her pleasant demeanor, efficiency and prompt communication.
