Mark did an amazing job getting the best deal possible, Although when I went to pick up my registration and have the plates put on & this is not on Mel cause he was on vacation, I asked for the vehicle to Although when I went to pick up my registration and have the plates put on & this is not on Mel cause he was on vacation, I asked for the vehicle to maybe have it run through the car wash, but I was discouraged. Then I wanted the license plate frame and thought maybe the parts department would value a new customer? The original plate frame out of stock, so I had to get the more expensive frame and was given a price break. Again not Mark’s fault! More

Great experience overall. It would have taken hours to argue, correct, and get the process started again, so I Wound up eating the cost. Minimal charge, but petty and annoying. More
