Bridgewater BMW has been my service provider for the last 3 years. I trust Jeff Defonseka and his service team to service all of my vehicles needs. Stay away from this dealership. Darrel and, Jeff the service manager, are unprofessional. My daughter took her BMW to the dealership for some basic work. Here's the scam at this dealership ; they will service manager, are unprofessional. My daughter took her BMW to the dealership for some basic work. Here's the scam at this dealership ; they will refuse to do something unless you agree to other unnecessary service. Example: they refused to rotate the tires on the car unless a $300 alignment was done. This after being told the alignment was fine. I guess business is off with the pandemic but Darrel and Jeff are blatantly offensive. I hope they can learn to not disrespect young women. More

Called BMW to find the used 2016 Passat seen on there internet. Manjula was the person who my call was answered by and I could not have gotten someone more polite, honest and not pushy to sell a vehicle internet.
