Really an all-around solid experience with BMWoB. This was a weird period with the pandemic protocols and the scarcity of new vehicles because of the chip shortage, but we were able to get a build-to-order car done with minimal difficulty and working largely over phone and email. Mark Ongsiako was patient and helpful throughout while I explored possibilities with two different BMW models and never felt pressured to go a certain direction or just take something off the lot so they could lower inventory.
