Joel was patient, he took me on a number of test drives of various cars I had interest in and.he did not give up until he located a CPO 5 series with all of the amenities that I required. After listening to my concerns, he patiently explained the difference between leasing and owning a BMW. His attention to my needs and service was top drawer. I highly recommend him to anyone who values great service! More

I've been a customer here for 5 years. Had a 2014 328xi, a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because t a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because the trip computer said it wasnt due. Mind you, 5000 miles ago I paid for a oil change at this dealership to have my prevententive maintenance oil change done. They denied my oil change because the tech has reset scheduled maintenance light on the trip computer. Now Im stuck paying for two oil change ($200 ea)!!!! Nobody tried to apologized or try to fix the mistake. BMW of Bridgewater will never service my BMWs EVER again. More
