After purchase, John was also fantastic and personable explaining the features and how to use them. Its great to know I can pop in anytime if I need help navigating all the bells & whistles! Lastly, I had an issue with a roof rack accessory. The Sales Manager, Mark, was helpful in determining the cause ... at one point he was climbing up to my roof to pin point the issue! A new set of racks is ordered and hopefully that is taken care of. Cant speak to the service team yet, but if they are as helpful as the sales side, I will be fully satisfied! More

I had a great experience with all the people I worked with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" (warranty packages, etc.). I felt some condescension also and it made me feel like there was some attempt at deception. I had to assert myself and ask for clarification and a less-pressured approach, before arriving ultimately at resolution. Also, on delivery, the pressure in my front tires was 10 lbs greater than what was specified. A little bit of a thorn in what was otherwise a rose of a sales experience. More

When I brought my I3 to Bridgewater for a check on tires and alignment, I was expecting the worst, until I spoke with Jeff. Jeff Defonseka, (Service Manager), eased my worries and truly changed my opinion on dealerships. He truly cared about my concerns and calmly explained every single detail. He even took me to the back to show me exactly what was wrong with the car. He makes the dealership great and the experience even greater. Thank you for everything, Jeff. My family thanks you. More

I loved that car, but after two years in order to please my wife I decided to get a newer model and now I'm leasing a 2021 330Xi. Both times Mark took care of me and money-wise I even saved a bit on both deals. There would be no tricks or gimmicks, 100% reliable communication, personal training with equipment, and a nice chat, if you're in the mood to get a complimentary coffee and sit at Mark's desk for a conversation. I give Mark 5 STARS and will definitely buy another car from him! I am a real client and reside in Brooklyn. More

The goof is that my family and I spent more time chatting and telling story with Savitri and new car manager Mark Caruacho after taking delivery than we did buying the car. This purchase was a 2021 M550ix. I definitely recommend them and will consider them for future purchases. More
