I was absolutely flattered by the service provided by my sales person Manjula Biju and product genius John Palombo. Even the sales manager Mark Carvalho was very friendly. I was in and out of the dealership within 3 hours. Actually, my overall experience with this dealership was excellent and this includes the finance gentleman Jon Del Franco. Manjula Biju and John Palombo went above and beyond to provide excellent customer experience and also got me exactly what I wanted. I did not get my previous BMW from them and I wish I would have stopped at Bridgewater BMW first. If you really want excellent overall customer experience, Bridgewater BMW is the place to shop. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this place. Keep the good going guys!!! More
