Had a very good experience at BMW of Bridgewater. Savitri Persaud was very helpful in getting us into a new BMW X1. I must admit, I typically don’t write reviews, so when I do, it’s because recognition is well deserved. Manjula is such a pleasure to work with, really listens to your wants and desires, and even if you’re do, it’s because recognition is well deserved. You have to love that, she is advocating for you harder that you may advocate for yourself! A lesson to be learned. That said, I have a beautiful car in the color I really wanted! Manjula worked hard to get this car to me and got it earlier than anticipated. And I purchased for what I think is a fair price. The entire process was simple and I felt like I was treated with respect the entire time. Manjula was great, Dan in finance was great, Bridgewater BMW is wonderful. I had a great experience with all the people I worked with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" with except that I felt a little rushed in dealing with the guy who was in charge of closing the lease, taking my money and selling me the "extras" (warranty packages, etc.). I felt some condescension also and it made me feel like there was some attempt at deception. I had to assert myself and ask for clarification and a less-pressured approach, before arriving ultimately at resolution. Also, on delivery, the pressure in my front tires was 10 lbs greater than what was specified. A little bit of a thorn in what was otherwise a rose of a sales experience. More
Mark Carvalho is the easiest person I have ever dealt with at any car dealership. I was treated like I was part of a concierge service and his communication was excellent . Note that results might be even slightly better than you expected! At least, it was in my situation. First I purchased Certified 328Xi. I loved that car, but after two years in order to please my wife I decided to get a newer model and now I'm leasing a 2021 330Xi. Both times Mark took care of me and money-wise I even saved a bit on both deals. There would be no tricks or gimmicks, 100% reliable communication, personal training with equipment, and a nice chat, if you're in the mood to get a complimentary coffee and sit at Mark's desk for a conversation. I give Mark 5 STARS and will definitely buy another car from him! I am a real client and reside in Brooklyn. More

Refreshing that it didn't feel like a high pressure situation at any time. I had a very opposite experience at another dealership, dealing with Alex definitely brought me back to BMW. After purchase, John was also fantastic and personable explaining the features and how to use them. Its great to know I can pop in anytime if I need help navigating all the bells & whistles! Lastly, I had an issue with a roof rack accessory. The Sales Manager, Mark, was helpful in determining the cause ... at one point he was climbing up to my roof to pin point the issue! A new set of racks is ordered and hopefully that is taken care of. Cant speak to the service team yet, but if they are as helpful as the sales side, I will be fully satisfied! More
