I bought a 320i from Manjula in 2017 and decided to switch to the X3 and of course with such impeccable service from Manjula and the service manger and finance team I had to go back. Stress Free Purchasing Experience I began my search for a PreOwned BMW in the Summer of 2019. When I start shopping for a car the first thing I do is look for the right salesman. I I began my search for a PreOwned BMW in the Summer of 2019. When I start shopping for a car the first thing I do is look for the right salesman. I noticed several excellent reviews written about Scott Marlowe of Bridgewater BMW, so he was the first one I made an appointment with. When searching for a PreOwned car you can either take what’s available, or wait for a car that meets your specific requirements. I was a bit picky about what I wanted in terms of color and options, so I mentioned all my requirements Scott. Scott was never pushy and never became impatient with me during the lenthy search process. Throughout the time I dealt with Scott, looking at various cars, he was always very forthcoming as to all of the details regarding the cars in question, which gave me a great comfort level as to his honesty and high level of integrity. His knowledge of all of the details of the different cars I inquired about proved to me that he was extremely well informed. A car that met my requirements showed up at the Bridgewater BMW dealership later in the year, I met up with Scott, we test drove the car, came to an agreement on a very fair price, and made the deal in late December 2019. During the various times I met with Scott during the process of purchasing the car, he was always very attentive and prepared for our meetings which is extremely refreshing and very much appreciated. This is my third BMW purchase in a row, but my first purchase from Scott as I just recently moved to the area. I definitely plan on working with Scott as my salesperson whenever I am in the market for a car in the future, and I also plan referring all of my family and friends who may be interested in purchasing a BMW to him. All of the others at the dealership, Including John Palombo who patiently helped me go over many of the cars features, and Dave Wagoner who helped me with all of the financing details, were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This was a truly stress free buying experience; I highly recommend the BMW of Bridgewater dealership, and Scott Marlowe specifically. More

Manjula was patient with all my inquiries, right starting from building my X5 order, making changes as I requested in the build and in delivering the vehicle in top-notch quality. My new beamer was waiting at the dealership in pristine quality when we went for pickup. I'm a repeat customer to this dealership, having been a proud owner of a 5-series before and now an X5. All members of the dealership are transparent in their dealing and no hidden agenda when they sell a car to you, starting with Manjula whom I dealt with this time. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the doubts I had. She is also quick to respond in emails if you have any queries. Shout out to David as well as he is very straightforward and doesn't oversell aside from what was agreed at the time of purchase. The personal human touch they provide is something I haven't witnessed at other BMW dealerships in NJ. If anyone is looking to buy a BMW, I would strongly suggest BMW Bridgewater to be your destination. Manjula, keep up the good work and I hope to do business with you in the near future. More

The entire management team including the General manager directly listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we drove away With a stellar experience in our new BMW. The dealer sent us out a sales representative (Scott) to our apartment across the state in Jersey City to complete the re-delivery of our vehicle including a step by step personal introduction of real world use of our car and the long list of technology available. I have to give a special thanks to Scott who was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle features and real world application was excellent. His primary concern was to ensure we walked away with the piece of mind that we would be able to enjoy our every feature of our new car. We would highly recommend BMW of Bridgwater as a dealer that will do its best provide the luxury treatment and satisfaction that many dealers have lost over the years.
