I called, and without hesitation they told me to bring the car right back in. My advisor reevaluated the vehicle immediately, even though my appointment was technically over. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare, and it made me feel like they genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved. Rarely do I struggle to find some issue with a service team at a brand dealership. However, in this case I have nothing but good things to say. There were some manufacturer recalls with my model. Even in the one situation where their initial work had to be revisited and expanded, because of the specific nature of the recall, Darrell and the whole service team were thoughtful and accommodating in their care for me, and in ensuring they went above and beyond to address the underlying factory design error.
