What really stood out, though, was the follow‑through. After my first appointment, an unexpected check engine light came back on as I was driving home. I called, and without hesitation they told me to bring the car right back in. My advisor reevaluated the vehicle immediately, even though my appointment was technically over. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare, and it made me feel like they genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved. I really appreciate the extra effort and would absolutely return for future service. More

Darrell Hoag is the service manager at this dealership. He has always been great. His team is thorough and they all ensure a white glove experience. Even in the one situation where their initial work had to be revisited and expanded, because of the specific nature of the recall, Darrell and the whole service team were thoughtful and accommodating in their care for me, and in ensuring they went above and beyond to address the underlying factory design error.
