Was using this location for regular maintenance and warranty work and everything was going smoothly until my last visit. I came in to diagnose an issue with the suspension, when vehicle was ready I ask warranty work and everything was going smoothly until my last visit. I came in to diagnose an issue with the suspension, when vehicle was ready I asked the service advisor to make sure it was not washed inside/out since I am not a fan of swirls in my paint... Upon pick up I noticed the car has been washed with the mats inside being soaked... but the cherry on top was a broken air vent trim. When I brought this up to the manager, he said there is no way his crew would damage that part and that there’s no way of knowing if the damage was there before I brought the car to them... You are dealing with car owners of luxury vehicles, treat them as such. This is a $80k vehicle not a Honda Civic. If the damage was there, why would I waste hour of my time to argue with you over it? I asked if I were to damage something on their loaner vehicle, I would be held responsible for it, so why does it not go the other way around. Customers get screwed due to their negligence. Manager tried to sell me the part with a no charge to install. No thank you... purchased the part and installed myself. Never coming to this location again. More
Enjoyable Experience I have just leased my 2nd BMW in the last 3 months from BMW of Brooklyn. My other 3 BMW's were from Open Road in Edison NJ and I will never go back to I have just leased my 2nd BMW in the last 3 months from BMW of Brooklyn. My other 3 BMW's were from Open Road in Edison NJ and I will never go back to them. I went to BMW of Brooklyn to get a price on a 2020 230i and Derick blew them away. So, when my 2016 X3 lease was up, I immediately went back to Derick and got another phenomenal deal. Derick is a down to earth, patient and all around great person. I will continue to use him in the future (3 years) and will be sending anyone who asks me about where they should go to get a BMW, Derick is the man. Thanks Derick. More
what a scammer. I took my x5m to Brooklyn dealer for oil change and replacing a tire and I can’t believe what I been through. Spelled oil on the engine cover. They claimed they changed the spark plugs. don’t Even know why a 2018 need to replace a spark plugs which I believe they didn’t but they claimed they did. Another scam, they charged me for replacing a tire $552 in main while their website listed for $440 including installation and wheel balance with 30,000 miles warranty and When I poke to them at that time, they told me they will issue a refund check with the money difference and they will send it To me by mail. Until now I never received any refund and that was 2 months ago. they didn’t want to give me a loaner even though they have to keep my car for next day and they only did so when I had To ask to take back my car without fixing it. They have a loaner classification or something. I also mentioned to Update the I drive and to fix problems with the connected app but they didn’t even look to it. Lastly after they replaced the tire they didn’t do a wheel balance and when I drive on highways and I feel the wheel shaking. when I spoke about it to manager Nick later on he stated they not suppose to do a wheel balance even though that was part of the installation Plane according to their paperwork bill. having $130,000 car should come with dealers who have manners. More

Colton was absolutely on point from the second we notified him of the check engine light issue. Right through greeting us at the door and helping us into a loaner and having our X3 back to us the ver notified him of the check engine light issue. Doesnt Quote Prices Online I've requested a price quote via BMW.com several times in the past, most recently on a M2 Competition. Their rep, Samantha, replies and will not prov I've requested a price quote via BMW.com several times in the past, most recently on a M2 Competition. Their rep, Samantha, replies and will not provide a price via email, instead tries to get you to come in. Her last email to me stated, "Lets Make A Date", attempting to get me in the door like most dealers like to do or get your number to call you, anything to avoid putting a number in writing so they can turn around and try something else.. I replied stating unless she is attempting to pull something then she should not have a problem providing price via email. As suspected, she did answer back. This is not the first time I've run into this with this dealership. It is typical of most dealerships, they will either try to get you in the door or get your number to call you, give you a price over the phone so they can turn around, try something else once you're face to face.. Be warned More
