I love driving. I have loved driving since I got my learner's permit. But never as much as I love driving my little BMW; now I know why my friends with BMWs say they'll never drive anything else (and learner's permit. I'm afraid to start Philip's driving experience in it though because in two years I'll have to buy him one..!! It was a long time coming and worth every minute of the wait. I couldn't be happier -- and, yes, I've even had the top down once or twice. Love it, love you. More

Then we spoke about what was comming into inventory with Sales Manager and Vlad Sidorenko. That`s what allowed us to come back to look further. If it was not for this, there would have been no purchase made at Life Quality BMW. The trade-in value for my car was at the lowest scale of a fair value about 68% of resale price which we knew. After receving the vehicle and had taken it home and giving it closer inspection of what we had purchased, we noticed a scratch on front windsheild and that the car manual was missing. We had gone back to the dealer and showed them our concerns. They said they would replace the windsheild and they supplied us with the manual on the spot!! The helpful attention was at the same high level as prior to the purchase of the vehicle! More

I love my car, Although i live all the way in Minnesota and the process at first took some time it was all worth it when i got my car. I was a little hesitant purchasing a car without ever seeing it but wh and the process at first took some time it was all worth it when i got my car. I was a little hesitant purchasing a car without ever seeing it but when I got it I was very happy. It was just as described very pretty it looked brand new. Communication with Vlad was great he replied within minutes all the time even after i purchased the car. The only issue I had was when I got the car the light bulb went out but i got that repaired within five minutes at a local BMW dealership. More
My service experience was amazing. They always have an appointment when I need one, and when I come in for my oil change nick lets me wait for my car, and gets it done right away. The young ladies at the main desk are always so sweet and make sure to offer me coffee, tea and water (which one needs at 7:30 am) More
Kaz is an awesome sales person!!! The best I have ever met. The finance guy is great and puts in work! Nick and the entire service dept. Is a JOKE!!! They never get it right the first time. My car has never once been cleaned after being serviced at least a dozen times, it consistently comes out with bird poo on it that it didn't go in with. I am literally afraid to have my car fixed at life quality. Also the women at the front desk are sooooo nasty it's sad!!! Def not the customer service I ever thought I'd get after buying a BMW. More
Refused to honor tire warranty and lied, blaming Auto Knight for not agreeing to pay. Only after I have put AutoKnight and him on the speaker phone and asked Auto Knight to confirm that they will pay f Knight for not agreeing to pay.
