I've purchased many, many cars over my lifetime. I've also purchased a handful of BMWs. When I decide to buy a car, I typically contact 10-15 dealerships nationwide to find the best deal and experie I've also purchased a handful of BMWs. When I decide to buy a car, I typically contact 10-15 dealerships nationwide to find the best deal and experience. I spoke to Brittany Hill in the beginning of my search for a new X7 M60i, and I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, consideration, and just overall kindness. Brittany was more than accommodating during the negotiation phase and her communication was excellent. I knew deep down that I wasn't going to beat this level of service, but I had to try. I contacted at least 15 other dealerships and no one came even remotely close in price, service, or communication. The choice was obvious. I placed my order with Brittany and the entire process was seamless, transparent, honest, and so incredibly easy. My car even showed up early and when I picked it up, I was in and out in basically an hour (which is unheard of). Britt helped me set up my digital key, register the app, and had the car cleaned. Sam Choi in finance was also the best and most efficient finance manager I've ever worked with. He was upfront, honest, respectful, and kind. We had a great conversation and he answered all of my questions without any unnecessary pressure. Awesome experience with absolutely top-tier service! I cannot recommend Brittany, Sam, and BMW of Catonsville enough, especially in an area with about 7 other BMW dealerships. They exceeded my expectations and I am beyond satisfied as a customer! Britt & team are the absolute best - don't go anywhere else to buy your next BMW in the DMV! More

I just bought a 2025 BMW X4 from BMW of Catonsvile, the whole process took less than 3 hours, excellent professional service from a pro veteran Korey and his team. They even delivered the car for my wife f whole process took less than 3 hours, excellent professional service from a pro veteran Korey and his team.
