BMW Catonsville service rocks! Appointment made. Car was taken in immediately. . Loaner provided as promised. Loaner was a bmw to match the model I’m driving. Entire staff was professional. So cool that a video was created and provided by the technician of my car and the service performed. Loved it. Ricky C was the best service advisor I’ve worked with to date. He cares about the customer. My car was finished service near closing time. Ricky waited for me (30 mins past closing time) to pick up the car. Total care for the customer. Thank you Ricky!! You deserve kudos from leadership! Highly recommend BMW Catonsville for service. I’m a lifetime BMW owner and customer here! More

I recently took my 2020 BMW X5 in for repair of 2 of my wheels. Jamie Brenneman is my service advisor, and as usual she and the service team did an outstanding job. I purchased a used 2018 BMW 340 from a BMW dealership in Virginia. After a while I noticed a wind noise in the cabin. I stopped by the BMW of Catonsville (since it was close to my house) where the Service M Virginia. After a while I noticed a wind noise in the cabin. I stopped by the BMW of Catonsville (since it was close to my house) where the Service Manager, Mr. Mel Cuesta kindly agreed to test drive my car to identify the issue. Mr. Cuesta went above and beyond to make sure the problem is diagnosed; he personally followed up with BMW to find out what's covered under the warranty and what's not, and at the end he found a solution with just a small fee to me. I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received, and highly recommend Mr. Cuesta and this dealership. Mr. Ricky Catalan was also very helpful and I appreciate his assistance very much, as well. More
