BMW service is well run. If I plan they will have a loaner or they will shuttle you to and from home. My only complaint this time was that while the car was washed and cleaned, they did not fill the ti loaner or they will shuttle you to and from home. My only complaint this time was that while the car was washed and cleaned, they did not fill the tires. Since it just started getting cold, they need some more pressure.
