We took a test drive on both the highway and secondary roads, which was great. After the test drive, Don followed up in a very unobtrusive and non-pushy way to see if I had any questions. Once I decided to purchase my new car, he did an excellent job of walking me through my options and finding exactly the car I wanted; he really listened to what I needed. He was very responsive during the entire process. When I went to pick up my car, it was perfect. Don demonstrated all of the features of the car. What truly amazed me about him was his attention to the "little" things. For example, he set up my home address in the Navigation System before I arrived. Wow.
Once it was time to take care of the paperwork, Don kindly introduced me to Anthony Martinez. Anthony was another shining example of the high level of service provided by the BMW of Darien dealership. Anthony quickly and effectively took me through each step of the purchase from my trade in to explaining warranties and options. So helpful.
As was getting ready to drive off in my new ride, Don presented me with roses - again the "little" things that wind up making an impression.
All in all, I couldn't recommend Don, Anthony and the entire Darien team. If you are looking for top-notch service provided by professional, courteous people who obviously take such pride in their product, don't go anywhere else. BMW of Darien will not disappoint.
