We have purchased five x5s, one x1 and one i3 and as our leases have come up for December turn in, no sales person called in advance to purchase new vehicles. I was really interested in an X7. Prior sales p leases have come up for December turn in, no sales person called in advance to purchase new vehicles. I was really interested in an X7. Prior sales people called in advance and pulled us in. But we became disenchanted so we moved over to Range Rivers. Apparently the dealership looks at transactions versus relationships. We had two 7 series before that although when we lived in other cities. So we viewed ourselves as a BMW family ( misspelled Rover above and cannot correct it.). Too bad we liked BMWs a lot but you let us get away. More
