Poor communication. Multiple non returned phone calls. 3 minor items, 5 days to complete job. No update when complete. Felt like I was putting everyone out, I made three in-person visits to try and get answ minor items, 5 days to complete job. No update when complete. Felt like I was putting everyone out, I made three in-person visits to try and get answers. Anthony was good when I could get him on the phone. When he was absent there was no one to pick up the slack or return calls. I never ask, but this time I asked if they could wash it for me and still Couldn’t even wash it. I don’t know what’s going on over there but it used to be 5 star. But I got Four separate days of 1 Star service. More

Always helpful. Appreciate the ride back to my house. I would suggest they look into their phone systems though - it often hangs up on you if you’re on hold. In COVID this service, as with the near decade we have been with Darien BMW before, was exceptional. All seemed perfectly well. Only thing I find is I have a custom license plate holder that goes where the tow hook is. I noticed a day later it’s been modified. I knew something was wrong when I saw a slight custom license plate holder that goes where the tow hook is. I noticed a day later it’s been modified. I knew something was wrong when I saw a slight tilt. Noticed a different washer was used and it scratch my bumper. No one mentioned anything about this.somehow the bracket was cracked and they put a bigger washer to hold in place. Sad part is I just got that bumper repainted. More

Technician did a great job with the vehicle walk trough so 5 stars for Nino. Anthony’s service overall decent but 4 stars as I waited for 25 minutes to get my car when I picked it up as it still needed to so 5 stars for Nino. Suggestion next time wait to tell customer that car is ready until it is truly ready for pick-up. More
