Jaime Gonzalez was so wonderful. He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. He explained so much about our visit- what we were having done during yesterday’s service appointment, helped explain features of our car that we didn’t know how to used and some we didn’t know we had. Next, Jaime set up my wife’s phone on apple car play, set her seat, mirrors and steering wheel positions and recommended we have the back hatch looked at during our next visit. Jaime could not have been better. My wife came home so happy which makes me happy. More
