Brought my 2022 430i convertible in for a CarPlay issue. Car was returned with bird droppings on the drivers seat - but I dropped the car off with the top up. So the service tech must have put the top down and left it outside. What’s worse is the vehicle software was not updated, CarPlay still crashes and now it no longer beeps when I lock the doors. I purchased the car here and am disappointed by this service experience.. More
