The staff was very friendly, attentive, and efficient as I wanted to pay for a car and leave with it the same day and they made it happen. I worked with Patrick and Anderson which was good because they know I wanted to pay for a car and leave with it the same day and they made it happen. The advisor Robert Plimpton lacks customer service training. He does not give any option for customer regarding the issue. He is rushing to talk and does not explain in layman's terms the technic training. He does not give any option for customer regarding the issue. He just give it to the person in front and i have to figure it out by reading the breakdown. No interpersonal skills. Lacks customer service smile. More
