Car was super clean, and the one problem that cropped up, they took care of promptly and at their expense. The issues with getting the New York plates etc. we’re NYS related but they kept us informed and w they took care of promptly and at their expense. The issues with getting the New York plates etc. we’re NYS related but they kept us informed and worked around it as much as possible. The Most notable effort on their part was related to the financing, where they really worked around some strange quirks in the timing to make this work in our favor. Very happy with the experience. My 2022 X5 M50i was experiencing repeated random and intermittent issues with its air conditioning system. It was admittedly a very thorny problem to replicate. Although it took two visits for Anthony and the techs to diagnose and home in on the problem, they unfailingly did. The A/C is now working perfectly. They all deserve no less than 5 stars. More
