I worked with Luis Vega for the purchase of a new X3 in October/November of 2021. He was a pleasure to work with and was not your typical pushy sales person. The car ended up arriving several weeks earlier than promised which was very exciting. Further, even after I made the purchase Luis continued to follow-up regularly for several weeks to make sure everything was going well and I didn't have any questions or issues. In fact he came to my home twice to deliver things I needed (the rubber mats were not in stock at pickup so he brought them to me once they came in and also I somehow lost a tire valve cover and so he brought me a new package of 4, free of charge). I would certainly recommend Luis to anyone looking to buy a BMW. I will be back for my next one in a few years! More
