When they text me to schedule a service appointment, my first text message wasn’t responded until 20 hours later, my 2nd message wasn’t responded until 30 hours later. It’s understandable since everyone ge first text message wasn’t responded until 20 hours later, my 2nd message wasn’t responded until 30 hours later. It’s understandable since everyone gets busy. No complain. However, when Frank Ciardullo texted me for the pickup, he started to capitalize every letter in 2 text messages just after 30 minutes wait, and the tone was pushy. So he surely didn’t have patience for me while I had patience for them. Every one else was friendly. More
