Overall the dealership and the service has been really good. However, on my last visit I felt that the service agent was annoyed that I had purchased a coverage (tire & wheel) at the time of lease. Th good. However, on my last visit I felt that the service agent was annoyed that I had purchased a coverage (tire & wheel) at the time of lease. The fact that I had to remind the agent about the coverage slowed down readying of my vehicle and left me without a vehicle for much longer than anticipated on a day I really needed it. Great reception despite minor problem with radio. Was quickly given a loaner car in case needed. Luckily just needed reprogramming. Terrible Service, Scammers. There is something that needs to be “changed “ each time I take my car there for oil change but somehow it fixes itself and new costly “problem”show There is something that needs to be “changed “ each time I take my car there for oil change but somehow it fixes itself and new costly “problem”shows up untill it’s forgotten by next visit. Plus they “scope” your car every six month without your consent for additional $400+ dollars when you only scheduled car for oil change. Most importantly they forget to complete basic tasks because they were so busy to sell you unnecessary parts and services. I would not recommend going there unless you take pleasure in being deceived of your $$$. More
