Nice people. Prices are sky high. $200 for each issue examined…before fixing it. Picked up the car and got in and the speaker was playing super loud white noise. The diagnostic they did said there was a problem with the amp but they delivered it to me without mentioning it or warning me of the ear splitting noise. Had to wait while they pulled the fuse on the amp. More

We've always found the service at BMW of Darien to be excellent and friendly. It wasn't up your usual standards this time. The video from the mechanic cut out before we knew what was wrong. Also, the music in the shop was so loud that we had a hard time hearing what he said. (You need to turn that radio down before you record a video.) When we called back, no one was available to explain what was going on with our car. Turnaround was much slower than expected. We had the loaner for four days and had to call every day to see what the status was. In the past, we would get daily updates -- not this time. No one ever called. The loaner was a nice car but it would have been helpful if the manual was included. Since we intend to keep our aging car for a few more years, with more service likely to be necessary, we hope that this experience was an anomaly. More

Having service at the BMW of Darien dealership always makes me happy that I am a BMW owner. I never have to wait Long when I drop off my car or pick it up and even if I have to call, I always enjoy getti makes me happy that I am a BMW owner.
