This was our first BMW purchase and working with Kerry Simmons was amazing! From the moment that we stepped into the dealership, to picking out the color and model that we wanted , to taking delivery, Ke Simmons was amazing! I purchased two used cars at BMW of Devon and they have both given me many issues. Only this last month I have spent $6,000 to fix 3 different issues. When asked if this was normal, staff has been really u both given me many issues. Only this last month I have spent $6,000 to fix 3 different issues. I’m pretty sure they’re not interested in even selling cars. I expected more from a luxury car dealership as I have an Audi right now and I experienced superb customer service when I bought my car and eve cars. I expected more from a luxury car dealership as I have an Audi right now and I experienced superb customer service when I bought my car and every time I get it serviced but not at this dealership. I reached out via email and asked to be communicated with via text. That didn’t happen. I received an email that went to my junk file which I check fortunately. Alex responded giving me vague information on the X2 that I inquired about. No more information that I had already found on their website. I live about two hours away in northern New Jersey so I wanted to know if they shipped cars or what could be done to make this easier for me he said they didn’t ship cars and I would have to come to the dealership flat out. There was nothing to make the experience any easier. He ran some numbers for me which I didn’t like so I got my own financing through my own financial institution and because my bank doesn’t have the best hours where I’m located I had to pick up the check closer to him and which is near Philadelphia. I asked if I did that can something be arranged by shuttle where I could be picked up making it easier for me to get the vehicle he just said no that couldn’t be done. I would have to find my own way down to the dealership. What I found ridiculous about this entire situation is that I bought my Audi while being stationed in the Middle East from a dealership in Illinois and they had it shipped to me in Virginia I didn’t have to work out anything on my own. I don’t understand why this was so difficult. I live a far as far it being an inconvenience from me because I don’t have anyone that could take me but I was willing to take a train to Philadelphia in order to get the car I just needed a ride to the dealership but I guess that was too much for a dealership that has nothing but cars. Not to mention I also don’t understand the point of having Internet sales when you do nothing on the Internet but tell people to come into the dealership. I was really interested in this vehicle but I guess I’ll just have to get an Audi SUV. This isn’t like I needed a car I just wanted an SUV for the upcoming snow. They absolutely need to do better I’m so disappointed in BMW. More

I have purchased BMWs in the past from other dealerships and my experience was always stellar. That hasn’t been the case at BMW of Devon. Andrew has flat out ignored me and has been very unresponsive. I’ve and my experience was always stellar. That hasn’t been the case at BMW of Devon. Andrew has flat out ignored me and has been very unresponsive. I’ve had to call 3 times and he’s always “busy” but never actually calls back. I’ve left him my voicemails and sent him emails as well. This dealership just doesn’t seem that interested in earning the customer’s business. Very disappointing experience! If you’re buying a BMW, you probably expect a certain level of customer service. That won’t be the case here. I advise you to make your purchase or lease elsewhere. More
