I just leased a 2024 M3 Competition from Kerry Simmons at BMW of Devon and this is my third BMW lease with Kerry (M550i and 330i previously). Kerry is more than just a Client Advisor; he has become a person BMW of Devon and this is my third BMW lease with Kerry (M550i and 330i previously). Kerry is more than just a Client Advisor; he has become a personal confidant and advocate. His knowledge of the entire BMW line and my personal preferences and enthusiasm of BMWs has gone above and beyond to make my experience and purchase exceptional!! Kerry’s client service after the purchase and follow up is also very personal by checking in multiple times afterwards to make sure everything is going well and to address and questions or issues. Ensures that if I need support from the BMW technology expert team he arranges the appointment and addresses any service issues or concerns I my have after the purchase. I always appreciate his 6 and 12 month check in calls. I’d always recommend Kerry and BMW Devon to anyone. More
