The quality of Customer Service and the entire buying experience, from beginning to end, surpassed even my own high expectations. I expected a level of service on par with the brand of vehicle and all it experience, from beginning to end, surpassed even my own high expectations. I expected a level of service on par with the brand of vehicle and all it represents for a first time BMW owner. However, Kerry and the Team at BMW of Devon exceeded my expectations. It did not feel like I was buying a car and dealing with a car dealership (even though I know and understand that that’s exactly what it was). Instead, the entire experience felt fair, pressure free and honest. The service was absolutely 5 stars. Kerry and the Team respected our time and made sure to provide all of the information that I requested as promptly as possible. I learned that buying a BMW is not just about the vehicle itself but also about the quality of service and the experience one undergoes at the car dealership. And I have Kerry and the Team at BMW of Devon to thank for that. More

Chris is extremely knowledgeable about the cars, especially the “M” models. He was incredibly helpful and put me into a great car.
