After one visit with Dan, I knew that a BMW was the best vehicle for my needs. Subsequently, I visited other BMW dealerships for comparison. I returned to Dan because of his honesty and his knowledge about BMWs. In addition to being a Client Advisor, Dan is also a BMW Genius. He wants the client to purchase the best vehicle for his/her needs. I appreciated his patient explanations of BMW qualities, from exterior to engines, especially because I know little about cars, except that I have driven hundreds of thousands of miles and need a car that drives well, withstands all conditions, and has an excellent performance record and extended maintenance programs.
