So I only have one word to describe this man, JP Dunphy is an absolute GENIUS! Not only that, but his professionalism and knowledge come through in a way that never makes me feel like i'm inept. Then facto is an absolute GENIUS! Not only that, but his professionalism and knowledge come through in a way that never makes me feel like i'm inept. Then factor in that i'm technologically declined, AND he helped me over facetime from a 1/4 a country away! I don't know anyone else who could make me feel that at ease with that much of a technology gap in knowledge, but he did it! they need to find a way to make this guy a manager up there. Michael Prince was a pleasure to do business with. I inquired about a car at his dealership that I found online and we scheduled a test drive. However, two days later Michael called me back and said "Good news! The car is now available because the buyer went with another car."
