Each has been a great experience with superb BMW vehicles; an X3, M240i, and a Z4. We dealt with a great client advisor, Mike Cramer on each occasion. He knows his product well and by the time you have asked all your questions, you do to. No question is too trivial for Mike. He makes you feel like he is there for you no matter the time required. Pricing is always a time for trepidation, with Mike and general sales manager Scott Brooks that too flowed easily. The day of picking up the new vehicle was made easy also by Mike and the BMW genius Tyler. Again all the time that was needed for our learning experience was given without pushing us to move on. When service has been needed on our vehicles, we have an established relationship with service advisor Brian Dorsett. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk and work with. The service and parts department have been very responsive and do quality work. The facility is top of the line and spotless. Great customer amenities, including a loaner vehicle if needed. We would recommend the BMW experience to anyone who is looking for a new or slightly used vehicle.
