I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours, from start to finish. Anyone that's purchased/leased a new car knows that you can be there for over 8 hours sometimes. To be able to get the entire process done in a quarter of the usual time is unreal. I wouldn't have believed it was possible if I didn't experience it myself. Fernando in Service is also incredible. He's a no-nonsense, customer first representative. You need something? Already taken care of. On the day I drove my car off the lot, I got a flat (I know, right!?). Fernando got me a tire in the next day. I was able to get my car back before I even needed a loaner, even though the option was there, of course. This dealership makes me feel like I'm their number one customer, no matter what. I can't say enough positive things. HIGHLY recommend. More

Recently I was in the market for another vehicle and looked up the BMW of Freehold website for a possible match. I liked the vehicle, and the price listed on their site, so I decided to go forward with the sale. I left few voice messages for William Lauer in his personal mailbox and left two messages with the front desk for him to call so I can come down to finalize the deal, but as expected, I never heard back from Mr. Lauer. Not sure if the management is aware of their advisor's lack of interest in returning calls of existing/potential new customers. Very unprofessional. More

I bought my new X5 from here 2 years ago with very good experience. So when I needed a used car I thought trying here to. This time it’s a pleasant experience too with Mr. John Chueng.
