Best car shopping experience My husband and we've ever had!! My husband and I have been shopping around to different dealers and nothing felt right. We walked into this particular dealership a tad exhausted fro My husband and I have been shopping around to different dealers and nothing felt right. We walked into this particular dealership a tad exhausted from the day and was greeted by a wonderful sales woman Monica she saw we were"done" and sat us down and just got straight to it! What we wanted, budget etc. we gave her our bottom line and politely gave us other suggestions as what we were looking for wasn't possible at the time. We appreciated her honesty instead of "beating around the bush". She then said that when we were ready that she recommends this certain vehicle which intrigued myself and my husband. We asked for her to show us around so we could get a feel of the car and see if it was right for us. Sure enough it was!!!!! We had no idea this car work for our family ( I never even knew about this car). I fell in love!!!! I had to have it and I had to have it now!!! Monica then sat us down and again was honest and told us the best deal possible. My husband and I went home to talk about it being it was a tad out of our budget. We decided to wait. A few months later Monica called and said that our car that we origanlly went there was at the dealership and was in our price range so we went right over. Monica was waiting in the Parking lot and greeted us with a smile. We took the car for a test drive but I couldn't stop thinking about the car she suggested months ago. Needless to say we went in for a used car came out with a brand new BMW!!!!!! Monica was absolutely amazing and super patient. The absolutely best car buying experience we've ever had!!!!! 2004 BMW 325 CI SERVICE EXPIRENCE I recently purchased a 2004 BMW 325 ci, I noticed their was a open recall on my airbag. So I contacted the service department to make a appointment. L I recently purchased a 2004 BMW 325 ci, I noticed their was a open recall on my airbag. So I contacted the service department to make a appointment. Living in the area its 5 miles from my house. I called and Justine picked up the phone after 1 ring I was surprised most other dealers I 've used in the past you go to voicemail. I explained my issue she got me the same night prior to their close. The treatment was outstanding I felt like I bought the car at their store. I left in a loaner the next morning I received a text stating my car was complete it also had recommendations for work required. I was very impressed with the professionalism on the entire process. The icing on the cake was the was Justine explained all the issues with my car that need to be addressed she gave me a fair pricing what more could anyone ask for. Freehold BMW should proud to have such a good employee who actually cares about the customer needs. So thank Justine Great job and you'll see me in the short future to get the other repairs completed!!! More
