Awesome experience and great sales staff I found a car I wanted online and scheduled an appointment to come take a look. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and can honestly say that in all of my years of car buying, this was my best experience. The entire staff really went above and beyond to give me an excellent car buying experience. I received an excellent deal and my Client Advisor Orville Bynoe truly went the extra mile for me. He stayed late to help finish up my delivery process even though I insisted he could go home, and was very friendly and honest throughout the whole experience. We ran into a small issue with my BMW loyalty discount, and Nowell Herman ( one of the finance managers ) sat with me and helped me figure out a solution. Nowell was very honest and straightforward, which is refreshing when it comes to a car dealership. I was very happy with how he handled my situation and got me into the car I wanted I would highly recommend BMW of Freehold to anyone in tri state area, they will truly take care of you and make your car buying experience simple and friendly More
Didn't buy BMW so wasn't treated the same!!!! Bought a 2011 dodge darango from BMW freehold it took the day before my temporary tags to expired for them to get in contact with me claiming that pe Bought a 2011 dodge darango from BMW freehold it took the day before my temporary tags to expired for them to get in contact with me claiming that penndot needed my insurance card to process my paperwork. Which meant I couldn't drive my vehicle until I did the process myself something I paid them to do . Whoever was in charge of this process didn't find me important enough to take care of this the day I purchase the vehicle Even after talking to my insurance agent and adding the vehicle to my insurance. I feel that the last two times at that dealer was a complete inconvenience to me . Only to find out that they were completely over charging me for the process itself. And in reviewing that I realized they had found away to cost me an extra $ 1100.00 that I haven't figured out how they added it yet but I'm definitely working on that. So with all this being said I would never recommend a dealer that doesn't pay attention or recognized a problem at hand and correct it immediately. For most a dealer that finds away to scam you out of money without you noticing. (Oh !!! I bought a Dodge Durango not a BMW.) my bad. More

We had been unsuccessful in finding one any where else so we figured we would try one last place. We were greeted and directed to the parts department professionally and kindly. The receptionist at the desk had some one come out from parts immediately and was very pleasant. The parts advisor knew exactly what we needed and was great about making sure it was perfect. Overall this is a perfect example of wonderful professional service no matter what the customer need may be. More
By far, the best car dealership BEFORE and AFTER the sale!! I bought my M4 about two years ago, and I probably should have written this review back then since my experience with Richard (client advisor) and Dor I bought my M4 about two years ago, and I probably should have written this review back then since my experience with Richard (client advisor) and Dori (sales manager) went so smoothly. I'm actually glad I didn't because I feel like I have more perspective on how wonderful the people at this dealership really are. At a time when other dealerships were adding a "market adjustment" (ie... mark up) on the yet-to-be-released M4, Richard and Dori worked with me to get an amazing price on my preordered car, and an even more amazing offer for my trade in. They work pressure free and Richard was beyond helpful with all my questions and requests (I'm really picky). Even the finance guys found me a better rate than any bank or credit union that I spoke with, and the paperwork was finished without any last minute surprises. Over the years I've worked with lots of really good people at Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Lexus, etc... These guys were easily the best out of a pretty good bunch. What surprised me the most about BMW Freehold was how I was and am still being treated a couple of years after the sale. Whenever I drop in to get service done on my car, or just peek in to buy something from the parts dept, Dori and Richard always come up to me to say hello and see if they can do anything for me. They're always making sure everything is taken care of for me and that my time is not wasted. I've been personally invited to fantastic BMW of Freehold sponsored events and I'm always treated like a VIP. Even when I came in without an appointment after hours for a tire problem, Dori happened to see me in the service dept. and made sure I had a loaner car to get home. All good except . . . In buying my wife's new 320xi I contacted quite a number of dealerships and got prices from several. This one clearly showed a readiness to deal thro In buying my wife's new 320xi I contacted quite a number of dealerships and got prices from several. This one clearly showed a readiness to deal through internet pricing that no other BMW shop approximated. It can be tough to communicate with their internet department but once we got to Chris in sales, communication improved. They transported the car we wanted, or at least what we thought we wanted, over for our inspection with nothing more than a refundable deposit. We made two trips to Freehold to complete the deal. We got talked into an over-priced warranty package at delivery. But the real issue ensued after delivery, when it became obvious that BMW surprisingly strips down standard features on a base model like this. Even Chris seemed genuinely perplexed by this. If we had known that something as ordinary as a self-adjusting mirror was optional, we might have looked for a more feature-rich car. It is frustrating to see a non-functional voice command button on the steering wheel. You just don't expect this on a luxury nameplate with an MSRP around $40K. So is my beef with BMW or the dealership? Probably both, because the latter should have known and told us that this car was relatively stripped down. More

My Client advisor Mr. Michael Chang was a true professional and was courteous all the way from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He gave me the facts and searched diligently for the 3 Series I was looking for and worked with me on the customized lease options. The Business Manager Mr. David Rosenstein gave me all the numbers with informed me about the Pros & Cons of some of the extra warranties. He was very professional as well. I rate these two individuals and the dealership very highly. More
