Freehold BMW hands down THE BEST Danny the sales manager and his sales team have been nothing short of amazing. Love, love, love my car, salesman and dealership! Stunned! Yes, I'm truly stunned! Normally I would prefer to have any extremely painful medical procedure than to go car shopping. Seems harsh, but in the past Yes, I'm truly stunned! Normally I would prefer to have any extremely painful medical procedure than to go car shopping. Seems harsh, but in the past car buying was just that, painful, expensive and took forever! All day spent waiting on "second opinions" money matters, bad coffee in the uncomfortable waiting area and an frustrated me looking to pull my hair out because this process is taking way to long! Car buying is not like that at BMW of Freehold! I had a cappuccino, the nicest and knowledgeable Sebastian Moon as my salesman and a plethora of beautiful BMWs to choose from. I was given many selections and options to choose from within my budget. Not the usual this is what's available currently and more $ than originally agreed upon that's the normal at most dealerships!?! I have to say that even the negotiations process what painless! Even my husband would agree! Maintenance and loaners cars and wonderful service, I DON'T see myself ever buying anything other than a BMW at Freehold for a long time and because it was so enjoyable! AWESOME Had an awesome experience at Freehold BMW. It was my first time leasing a brand new car and I did not know what to expect. With the help of my sale rep Kyle G, along with one of the sales managers Danny C, they made the process as simple as can be. All details were black and white. My new car was ready to pick up in the show room the same day and I even had a BMW Tech walk me through all of the multi-media features of the car before I drove off!
