He is full of knowledge, and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. I've been to other dealerships in Central Jersey, but none like this one...You can feel the friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness to help from everyone there. I was given a loaner vehicle, and was contacted by Allen as soon as my vehicle was finished being serviced. After being so impressed, I will only go to BMW of Freehold from here on out, and I have already and will continue to recommend it to others. About a week later, my car finally arrived and I took a trip down to Freehold. My car was waiting for me as was all of the relevant paperwork.
