Susan called to schedule my service and I had a conflict with scheduling on a weekday. Susan went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She spoke to the manager - called me back and arranged for me with scheduling on a weekday. Susan went above and beyond to accommodate my request. We were greeted by Anthony within a minute of arriving at dealership. He allowed us to browse the lot for the particular vehicles we were interested in with no added pressure (Nice touch)! We selected a few and were able to test drive each one. Anthony went out of his way to find the perfect fit for me. The rest of the process was simple and easy. We were treated with respect from everyone in the place. Extra care and concern was given by Matthew in finance which was greatly appreciated. I returned the next day for a complete run down of all the gadgets. I commend both Matthew and Sebastian for the thorough and complete review from top to bottom. Picked up my 4th BMW from Richard Henriquez. This guy goes above and beyond for his clients. He's very friendly and always makes sure he asks about your family or loved ones. With this most recent car, I goes above and beyond for his clients. He's very friendly and always makes sure he asks about your family or loved ones. With this most recent car, I was going back and forth with Richard for a month as I was flipping and flopping over which car I wanted. Richard kept his cool as I'm sure I was driving him crazy with all these changes. Finally settled on a car, work with Richard and Dori on the numbers and we came to an agreement in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend both of these guys. As long as I can afford a BMW, I will be getting it from Richard and BMW of Freehold. More
