I had servicing (oil change) done. It took 90 minutes. I observed some staff walking around without masks, and no social distancing. No hand sanitizers placed anywhere . I brought my car in for service. The car is a 2017 but only has 4400 miles. I came in for an oil change (only based on the fact that it had been a year). Service tech presented me with a request for addi only has 4400 miles. I came in for an oil change (only based on the fact that it had been a year). Service tech presented me with a request for additional services that would have been over $400. The additional items were mostly various filters (the car spends most of its time in my garage). As it was, the oil charge for the oil change was $160!!! Won’t be returning any time soon. More

Dealer knew i was driving 2 hrs to look at their car. I am told upon arrival I cannot test drive because the demonstrator car I went to look at had 4999 miles and at 5000 miles the car is not leasable.
