I drove from a different state to purchase a used vehicle yesterday with my 2 young children. The experience left me very uneasy. We sat for long periods of time without any direction from anyone, they had t yesterday with my 2 young children. The experience left me very uneasy. We sat for long periods of time without any direction from anyone, they had to go to another location to get the 2nd set of keys, the car was not overly clean on the inside, and the purchase amount and pricing was flashed so quickly, I didn’t even have an opportunity for questions. But the real kicker is, we sign something saying we are buying as is. I asked several times about damage and was, in my opinion blown off other than some scuffs they buffed out. When I have purchased cars at other dealers, they sat down and set up all the equipment with me in terms of OnStar or UConnect, WiFi, rear entertainment, and showed me all the details on how to use the functions. Here, as soon as I signed the paperwork and I was handed keys and walked out…. Not even a handshake. I drove 3 1/2 hours back home and went to bed. When I woke up this morning and started to clean it, I noticed some pretty significant damage. Yes, it is partially my fault for not seeing it … but, I did ask several times about damage. It is my understanding they have a legal obligation to disclose this to me when asked?? Regardless, I am now sitting home in a different state, with no title, and am looking at how many thousands to have it repaired. I am very dissatisfied and would rather return the car and never deal with them again. More
