I recently worked with BMW of Orland Park to order and purchase a new BMW X1 M35i. I visited a number of dealerships in the Chicago suburbs as I was shopping for the X1, but it BMW of Orland Park that mad purchase a new BMW X1 M35i. It was the first time I've ordered a vehicle, and I worked with Sid who was patient and thorough in walking me through the process. The Sales Management team was supportive during the negotiations, and I was able to settle in and watch the progress of the construction and shipment of the X1. When it came time to deliver Sid was proactive in helping me complete the paperwork and other admin items which meant I only had to make one trip - this was important because the dealership is about a 45 minute drive from my house.
