I recently bought a new BMW of Orland Park, IL. I can't begin to tell you the awesome service I was provided from the beginning to current, I am so pleased! If I could give higher marks, I would rate him a 10 instead! The time Gus put in with me didn't stop with the sale. He got me through the process and then made sure I understood everything about the car, and even took the time to call and hook up my phone, radio and roadside assistance, which is not his responsibility. Gus made sure when I drove off the lot that I was comfortable and knowledgable about the car! Infact, everyone I came in contact with at BMW were phenomenal! If you are looking at a new or used BMW, I totally recommend you request Gus Gertos as your Salesman. He knows those cars like the back of his hand, and will not let you leave knowing the same. Even though I was picky with the specification I was looking for in my new 328i, which are also rare in this model, Doug was very helpful and polite.
