On a road trip and ran into a problem on a Saturday afternoon at 1:00. Call SLO BMW and spoke to Rick. He assured me I could drive the 30 miles safely and they would look at my car. He had the techn afternoon at 1:00. Call SLO BMW and spoke to Rick. He assured me I could drive the 30 miles safely and they would look at my car. He had the technician look at the problem, twice, as I thought he may have missed a little hidden leak. Three hours later on a Saturday, I received the good news that all was fine and I was back on the road. Rick, was upbeat and calm, he made what could have been a disaster into a pleasant afternoon. We were traveling cross country and had a Parking Brake fault with our X5. Connor was able to get us in and resolve the issue.
