Addressed issue promptly I had washer fluid warning light after picking up car from service. Poor communication skills My husband brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change and ended up waiting nearly 3.5 hours. The main reason for his wait was because the service My husband brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change and ended up waiting nearly 3.5 hours. The main reason for his wait was because the service advisor proceeded with getting the recall work (4 hr job) done on my vehicle although my husband instructed the advisor that he would make another appointment to get that done separately because he knew it would take more time. I have the service paperwork stating that “customer will schedule appointment for recall work”. The fact that my husband ended up being late for work because of something you guys weren’t authorized to do is just ridiculous! BMW always wants to take pride in customer service and customer commitment, on November 21 BMW of Sarasota missed the mark completely! More

He is helpful, honest, responsive and most knowledgea This was the best experience we have had with Sarasota BMW, Principally because of Carlos Munoz. He is helpful, honest, responsive and most knowledgeable. We have had several occasions to speak with Susan, the lady who walks around and tries to help frustrated customers. But we don’t understand her purpose other than to keep customers occupied until the rest of the staff gets their act together. As a rule we have been disappointed with Sarasota BMW. But you must be aware we compare you with Wilde Lexus. While your staff try to be helpful, things always seem disorganized and as a result the experience is more frustrating and time consuming than it needs to be. More
