I was told I needed a bearing replaced. The part was to be ordered from Germany. After not hearing from the service department I called and a person told me there was a bearing in Jacksonville and they co be ordered from Germany. After not hearing from the service department I called and a person told me there was a bearing in Jacksonville and they could have it sent over. 3 weeks have passed and not a word from the service department. Obviously you don’t need or want my business. Good bye. More
