Your sales manager Chris gave me a lot of wrong information about my trade in from Delaware,said there would be no problem at all,he was very wrong and not made aware to me until the purchase was o information about my trade in from Delaware,said there would be no problem at all,he was very wrong and not made aware to me until the purchase was over and I had paid in full for my X1,your finance manager was less help he took the payment and after all was done said I would have to go and change the bill of sale for my trade before he would register my new car,so he is holding it for ransom until I do his job,and he was less help as to how and what I had to go about doing this, and besides they accepted my trade and I signed over the bill of sale so technicality I am not the owner any longer.The only one I would highly recommend is your salesman Daniel he was fantastic and it was not fair that he had to apologize for the bad time I had ,in my opinion you should put him in charge John Sobol 202 249 8614 More
