I had a nail stuck in my tire and hadn’t realized it. I drove to the Sarasota dealership. The tech took the time to see what was wrong. I was told that the tire had to be changed. Very disappointed in the wait time between the sale and completing the loan documents. We arrived at the dealership around 10:00am and did not leave until around 3:00pm. Also, I realize that we bought a us completing the loan documents. We arrived at the dealership around 10:00am and did not leave until around 3:00pm. Also, I realize that we bought a used vehicle, but I think the interior could have been cleaner. For example what I thought were scratches on the instrument shield was not, I was able to clean this very easily. As far as your sales team, I thought they were great.
