2.5 hours to have a tire changed with an appointment. To receive a car wash it would have been an additional hour. Received a phone call a half hour after I arrived, instead of being greeted as the other se receive a car wash it would have been an additional hour. Received a phone call a half hour after I arrived, instead of being greeted as the other service reps were doing with their clients. When service was complete received a phone call to meet in service area as the other reps came to get their clients. Scott is not very personable, this was 2nd experience with him.
