You really have to watch yourself when you buy a car here. Even though BMW had a specific loan plan, they tried to slip me into a higher interest rate (my credit rating is in the 800s). I had to go with here. Even though BMW had a specific loan plan, they tried to slip me into a higher interest rate (my credit rating is in the 800s). I had to go with their loan to get $2500 from BMW. He lowered the rate when I showed him the ad but not to the advertised rate. I’ll just refinance with my local credit union in a few months. They really try hard to sell you on grossly overpriced add ons at closing. $1900 for a tire package when you could replace all 4 for $1200? The genius was certainly not. They could not open the trunk of a $100,000 car they were delivering next to mine. I had to remind the “genius” to see if it was in valet mode (which it was). On the other hand, my sales person was fine to deal with. This industry has gotten out of control. It is hard to imagine many seniors being able to fight off the aggressive up selling at closing. I have heard many friends say they won’t buy BMWs again due to this dealer’s poor service. I must say you will be treated better at Lexus, Infiniti or Audi. I wish this dealer would clean up its act.
