Would never use this loc again. Daniel great but his Manager/boss RUDE. Refused to serve my wife. His pic & Secretary not here? Secretary had no name tag 9:15 a.m. Needed appraisal for trading in my 2 Manager/boss RUDE. Refused to serve my wife. His pic & Secretary not here? Secretary had no name tag 9:15 a.m. Needed appraisal for trading in my 2012 X5. Was told my X5 was too old but I was there before Covid getting my 2001 X5 appraised.??? I have 3 additional BMW's at home. Does this mean I can't get an appraisal on my 1970 2002 ti.??? Customer service at CAR MAX was far superior to this Manager. More
