Waited too long before I heard from the service personnel. I was assigned Jessica, but did not see her until I complained after almost 2 hours that I had not heard from her. The attendant at the station came back quickly and said she could see me then. The car was done, but I don't know if the car was just sitting there awhile. The final deal with my trade in was fair and I would recommend BMW of Sarasota to any one considering a car purchase regardless of brand.
