I previously had great experiences at BMW- Sarasota with Lewis as my assistant who I would rate 5/5. Paul was my assistant this time and my experience was 1/5. I came to the dealership for a tire issue. I h Lewis as my assistant who I would rate 5/5. Paul was my assistant this time and my experience was 1/5. I came to the dealership for a tire issue. I had a tire warranty and he did not advocate for me. He told me my tires would not be covered under the warranty. I waited for hours after being quoted 800.00. I insisted on him speaking with the warranty company and he said he tried multiple times and it was a weekend and that I would need to approve to move forward with they work that needed to be done. Pauls tone with me was condescending. I mentioned that he did not need to raise his voice to me and he said he was hurt and combat and couldn’t hear. I asked for the number and called the warranty company myself and got through on the first try. I then connected the warranty rep with Paul and myself. His tone with the warranty rep was unacceptable. He actually tried to make them feel like they were not doing their job or ignoring phone calls. The warranty rep remained very professional and stated that my tires were covered at 100%. To me this is not excellent customer service. Moving forward I will only work with Lewis, who is a true professional. I’m not rating BMW 1/5, I’m rating Paul a 1/5. You may reach out yo me for additional information if needed. More

My sales man told me the vehicle was equipped with Android Auto, and isn't. Now I have no communication capability in the vehicle and I need it! I attempted to have dealer take back vehicle and when I asked the Sales manager Jerry he told me "I could help you, but I won't" so much for customer service. The salesman is a liar and the SM Jerry is rude and classless... Now I'm stuck paying for a vehicle that puts my life in jeopardy if I even to attempt to use the communications while driving as Android Auto is not supported. The sales agent and manager could care less... So, the price I'm paying is to high for the lack of useful communications and risk to my life. More
I was treated very well, even though my car isn’t a BMW and I was there for a third party warranty work on my AC.
